If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on any product (except cartridges). For a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges you must return your item within 30 days of delivery. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you with your refund request and can be reached at 1-855-285-3244, and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return. NOTE: All returns MUST be accompanied by a valid RMA number, include all items, parts and accessories, and be in good condition in order to receive full credit. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We cannot accept returns on cartridges, due to potential health risks.
SHIPPING
For your convenience, once your order has been packed and ready to ship, an email with a tracking number will be sent, enabling you to track your shipment online. All standard orders ship next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped it will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered, unless you selected an expedited shipping method.
NOTE: International delivery can take from 7 to 30 business days to arrive, depending upon the country items are being shipped to. Delays do sometimes occur at the hands of national customs agencies. We cannot take responsibility for packages seized by customs. We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country.
ORDER STATUS
Once you have completed your OPTIMA order, a confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a confirmation number. As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information if applicable.
If you opted to create an OPTIMA account during your purchase, you can view your order status anytime by clicking "Login" on the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you can access information regarding your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in our system.
All of our orders are sent out with traceable Delivery Confirmation Service. If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please call customer service at 1-855-285-3244 so that we can investigate the matter and send you a replacement shipment if necessary.
