Who is OPTIMA for?

OPTIMA is for smokers over the age of 18, and 19 if you live in Alabama, Alaska, New Jersey, Utah & New York. Please check the legal smoking age in your state as it may apply to electronic cigarettes. OPTIMA is an alternative to traditional cigarettes.
